What if I exceed my plan's minutes?
Overages are billed per minute: $0.25 on Pro, $0.23 on Business, $0.20 on Business Plus. You can upgrade any time from the dashboard.
Is the implementation fee always charged?
The implementation fee is waived on every tier with a 12-month contract. Without the 12-month commitment: $399 on Pro, $599 on Business, $1,499 on Business Plus.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time.

How is billing handled?
