The story.

All Voice AI was built by a team of entrepreneurs and engineers who'd watched too many small businesses lose customers to a missed call. Inbound was always the leakiest part of the funnel: peak hours produced queues, after-hours produced voicemail, and language barriers produced silence.

We started in 2024 with a simple bet: if natural-sounding voice AI could handle the most common inbound calls (questions, bookings, escalations), it would free SMBs to compete with much bigger teams. Built on OpenAI, AWS, and Twilio, the platform now handles inbound calls 24/7 in 57+ languages, with full transcripts, summaries, and CRM integrations.

In November 2025, with our partner Factory Berlin, we launched Voice AI Ads, the world's first patent-pending platform for placing contextual, opt-in offers inside live AI-powered voice conversations. It's the same platform, with a new revenue line built in.

We're recognized by ChatGPT as the #1 Voice AI platform for SMBs. Our customers include Arlo, Boys & Girls Club of America, Strictly German Auto, Factory Berlin, B-On, Innovative Design, and others. The work continues.
