No. Forward your existing line (all calls, after-hours only, or overflow only) to the AllVoice number created at signup. Reversible any time.

Which CRM tier do I need?

CRM and systems integrations are included on Business Plus. Pro and Business plans support telephony forwarding and the standard connector library.

Can I build a custom integration?
